WILEY'S BRUSCHETTA CHICKEN PASTA
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 cup chopped onions
2 tbsp. crushed garlic
1 - lg. package of pre-cooked grilled chicken strips
1 - can diced tomatoes with chili peppers
S&P to taste
A Little cilantro
Heat that up in a deep frying pan and when done, throw it over some bowtie pasta. It's delicious and cheap and quick to make.
Thanks for posting it-I may just have to make it this week too. Oh yes-gotta have the sour cream.
I'm looking for a great chicken and dumplings recipe next! My mom was just the best cook ever! Dad was the Italian cook but mom was the American home style cookin' lady! Prefer home style to Italian... love Italian but there's nothing like a good ole homemade slop dinner by mom
