hey! we're in the same boat. Did they tell you they were sending your file to the City/HPD/HDC (whatever it's called)?? apparently they sent mine off in May and I still haven't heard anything.

Hello, yes I gave them a preference and my application was sent off in May but again, nothing. I'm trying not to get frustrated but this process is unbearably long.
