Does anyone happen to know which company will be the management company for this building. I hope it isn't wavecrest, I've heard they're on the disorganized side
I...can't believe it. After about 35-40 log numbers on various apartments (that I qualify for) I've actually gotten a low number - 2xx. I've been logging on that site every day for over a year and half. I have no special preferences.

good luck!
My # is in the 45,000 but I won another lottery (moving in this weekend) with a log # of 14xx

I'm told by someone at HDC it's C & C Management. Anyone have any experience with them?
I got a log number of 47xxx, but I have the mobility-disability preference. I’m praying that there aren’t too many people ahead of me in my group. I’ve read on other forums where people with preference numbers higher than mine have gotten into buildings. I would KILL to get in and finally live in Harlem, lol. Best of luck to you all!!

47K is a little too high even with mobility preference.
