Yes! Hope you get yours soon too. Higher, which is why I'm guessing it's been quite quick.

I'm on the higher end as well and it hasn't been quick at all.

It's hard to keep track because it's a mix of lower log #s (1000s) and I think all the way up to the 4000s, and anywhere in between. It jumps around all around for both the 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom offers (those are anywhere from the 2000 to the 8000s now, it's crazy).

Stuytown isn’t going in log number.. it’s random and with many variables.
I spoke to Syed on 9/27 and this is what I’ve been told…
For background information.. my log number is 26XX with an income almost at the maximum limit on the 1bed waitlist.
I was told my application will not be reached till “end of the year”.
I mentioned applicants with higher log numbers were offered 1beds.
Syed then mentioned himself and Ms. Pryce are senior specialists with longer lists and applicants on their lists with log numbers in the 800-1000s are still being worked on.
Additional specialist were hired to help with the workload so the lists of the junior specialists’ started at higher log numbers ..
There have been 7-8 1beds that became available recently, however given to junior specialists mostly to work on, hence applicants with higher log numbers were offered 1beds most recently.
He didn’t have any other updates for me.. and said “call back in December for another update”.
And the lottery will likely end in February.
Seems unfair. But that’s why it’s a lottery I guess. You may get lucky, you may not.

I received the same info from another specialist when I reached out back in June/July regarding 2 bedroom offers going out to applicants with much higher log #s. I've been waiting a while now but it looks like next week it will be happening!

For those of you who have moved in:

What’s the internet situation?

We have Verizon Fios gigabit right now and I’d heard another tenant say that the building offers something caller RCN.

How has everyone’s experience been? What are the bills like for that?

I’ve seen offers for a year of free internet/tv but I am assuming that is for market rate apartments?
