A few other posters have had the same issue, give them a call or go to the office. Unfortunately it doesn't seem like they have anyone working there to set up a proper submission portal.

They should rectify it since you will have your email confirmations when you sent the documents.

Hey so Syed end up asking for documents to be valid with dates that will keep me in until December. However, he said that by the end of October I should be getting my offer for the 2BD. I have been in the process since June and honestly it’s been so long that I forgot about it sometimes. I am 58XX and I see ppl on the chat that received offer a few weeks after me and moved or moving in soon. I am happy for everyone else to have this amazing opportunity but honestly I feel like the process is exhausting and frustrating. I have submitted my paperwork more then once with email back and forth about many things as far as my employer verification to be filled over and over to get estimate on yearly salary letter from employer to resubmit my paperwork again just to change the dates to giving 6 months bank statements then to get email a couple of. Days after to say June is missing front page

I hear you, I've been in the process since March and am also supposed to be receiving my offer by the end of the month for a 2BD. I did the paperwork process twice and really hope I don't end up having to do it a third time (fingers crossed!). I think if I have to wait till November I'll end up having to submit another round of documents so really hoping to avoid that.

Hi everyone. We are waiting for a 3 bedroom. Spoke with someone yesterday who said they are starting the 3 bedroom me this month. A batch of only 4 or 5. And to call back at the end of the year for an update.. log #56xx
They contacted me a few months ago and Put me on "hold" because they weren't processing 3 bedrooms yet. They said no point in sending in paperwork bc it would take longer than 6 months and id have to resubmit anyway.

Anyone else hear anything about 3 bedrooms? Keep us posted! My 3 kids need more space asap! Lol crossing my fingers we get an apt eventually!

Also.... do they base the rent on your income? Really confused about that! 3 bedrooms can be anywhere from 1800-2950 a month?

They really don’t monitor it. I moved all day 9-5 and they told me I had only 2 hours. You can schedule both but they really not on top of it

Yes. Previous posters in this thread have said that their rent comes to about 35% of their income.

Did they contact you or were you following up with them? We have a similar lottery number.

Thanks. But the max rent is 2950 for a 3 bedroom but we make over 100,000 so that would mean rent would be 3,500 or more a month. So basically we will try the max rent instead of 35%? Thanks so much for your response.

I called yesterday to follow up.
They contacted me in June and put us on the hold list. Are you also waiting for a 3 bedroom?
