On 6/29 Loudsinger711 posted that it took about 4 weeks from initial contact to lease signing and, that was with several back and forth contacts for documentation. So, it seems, if approved it takes about 1 month in a best case scenario.

Don't know if this is helpful, but I'm in the 290s and was contacted to submit documents on June 1. I replied on June 8, received a follow up for more docs on June 23, and replied to that email on June 25. As of June 25, I haven't heard back.

I've tried calling dozens of times and haven't been able to reach anyone. I did send an email a few days ago and the reply was that they forwarded my question to my Occupancy Specialist. Hopefully will hear back in a few days (fingers crossed) and will continue to keep everyone posted. Really hoping to move in by Sept/Oct!

It's very hard to time these things. If you're approved by ST, would you be able to get out of your existing lease? Would the ST apartment be more desirable than what you have now?

Congrats! If you do not mind, let us know if they give you an offer. Good luck.

I got contacted on June 1st to submit documents. I submitted the documents the next day and was given an offer at the end of June. It took about a week to go through the leasing process and confirmation. I have not moved in since the apartment is under renovation. Had to accept as "sight unseen" but will be able to get keys at the end of this month (July).

Similar story here. Last sent follow-up documents a month ago and haven't heard back. Followed up once not too long ago.

I would have to find someone to take over my lease. ST would have to be cheaper or bigger than what I'm currently paying.
