No, they are not. According to the quote below, “flex” apartments, units with temporary walls added to create an additional bedroom and a “living room” with no windows, will not be included in the lottery. Which is good.

Sorry for not being clear, what I meant is, do those units in videos on YT look like the ones that are offered as affordable housing? If so, those units are very spacious!

it does look spacious, looks similar to the pics that was shown on pinterest

I checked my application and it didn't show my income. Does anyone know if they will disqualify me because I didn't put an income but i put my gf income? Im 100x

It's hard to reply because those units have extra walls that chop up the rooms. The first one you posted is a one-bedroom, and the second one you posted is a two-bedroom. You just have to use your imagination to figure out what they would look like without the temporary walls and the French doors.

So you applied for two people and put the income for only one person? Do you qualify based on just the one income? If so, they would call you, and you can correct the mistake then.

They're up to the mid 400s, now. So if you're around 1,000, you should be called in maybe two to three months, unless you want a three-bedroom. There's a wait list for those.

I know i put my income on the application but i guess it didn't save. I emailed stuytown to correct the info
