Received rejection email today saying I did not submit all my documents on time, which is false.
They followed-up for docs and I had sent everything they requested and never heard back. I even followed-up two weeks ago and still did not hear anything. Honestly, management there sounds incompetent. Going to appeal and see what happens, but I'm pretty sure they'll just ignore my email.
Palpable, this is terrible! I tried sending you a private message with a suggestion, but you don't allow that. Can you try sending me a message?

Do you have evidence that you sent the documentation and emails? See if you can do a screen capture of the sent folder with the dates visible. One thing about electronic documents, is there are always some breadcrumbs somewhere and, it is not easily deleted if at all.
I am sorry that this happened, i got some luck emailing stuytownlotteryquestions@stuytown.com -- try to reach out to that email address about this. What was ur log number?
Thanks, just tried that email! My log was <200

Yes, that's the good thing about email. I sent them a PDF copy of my last two email correspondence, so hopefully that helps, if they end up reading my appeal.

This happened to me; when I sent the appeal they told me to disregard the disqualification email, and that they were still reviewing my documents. I've been trying to get in touch ever since just to confirm that I am still in the running.

Small update! Today I sent another follow up email to stuytownlotteryquestions@stuytown.com and it FINALLY resulted in a call back from my Occupancy Specialist. She told me she was having trouble opening a document (that I sent a month ago lol). Thankfully I was able to resend while on the phone.
I asked for a timeline of when I could expect to hear back (I am in the 290s). She said if there are no further documentation requests, I should hear back with an offer by mid-August.
Hope this is helpful for some people.
Palpable - I HIGHLY recommend writing to stuytownlotteryquestions@stuytown.com and finding out who your Occupancy Specialist is. Hopefully they give you a call back and you can quickly resolve over the phone.

Great news! I did send an email to that address as well... hopefully I'll get a response from that address
