So happy for you both!! Did either of you have follow up requests for documentation prior to getting the email?

I did not. My last submission of documents was early August for updated statements, etc. and that was after I had received an initial rejection due to documents not being received.

Yes - got it today. Guess they sent out a batch today. My thinking is that they probably start sending out offers when the renovations are closer to being completed.

Wow! That's kinda disconcerting. I was hoping that most of the delays were with 1 bedroom applicants as, the posts I've been reading have been mostly about. My number hasn't been reached yet 14XX but, I think they are close but, if they haven't started calling people for apartments that have already been reviewed then, it's not looking good for a 2021 move!

If it was 50-100 less each month that would've really helped me out personally but I'm not going to get a better deal in Manhattan so I'm taking it!!
Congrats!! Hopefully I hear back soon, I'm in the 200s. Do you mind saying who your case manager was? And did you get to see what the apartment looks like?

Congrats guys! I'm so happy for both of you. It almost feels like you're graduating from the group!
What do you mean by a more "desirable" unit? I have an idea which are undesirable, but I'm not sure what falls in the desirable category.
Please let us know how it all goes!
