In sending my documentation to the project manager she had me fill out esign forms for HPD approval, that included a rental application. The cover letter of the storms stated that their office has found me eligible and to have meet all criteria mandated by the program and HPD. By submitting I was then called for a tour that I went on yesterday! I was shown the unit and was told that the next step is letting the project manager know I’m interested. I guess I just want to know, what my chances are in getting a lease agreement for my dream apartment!

There has been some discussion about the high amenity fee at TBS. Are they offering any sort of break to the affordable unit folks for these fees?
And does anyone know what they are currently charging for parking in the garage?
