No, you're right. It's .06% of your total assets that are added to your income. It's not much but it still can't put you over the income limit with that added.

Yup, correct! Just wanted to give anyone curious the correct calculation in case they were banking on that to put them within range or if they were calculating to see if it would knock them out if the range

I found on YT the layout of studio that was shown to me during the tour, it's exactly like this in the higher floor. I don't know if this layout is offered for affordable tenants.

I wonder whether those two studios layouts that I just posted are offered for affordable tenants? I understand BC just offered the regular small studios to affordable

Would definitely be open to an alcove studio if 1BR options were limited…
