Hi everyone! I received an e-mail requesting documents and I submitted everything on 11/7 and received confirmation. When I called to check the status they told me its a 2 - 3 month wait. I reached out again 12/14 and Susan told me it will take an additional 6 - 8 weeks for review. Wth?! My log number is 2XX, not CB and I'm in the 80% AMI hoping for a 1 bedroom. Why is it taking so long? Doesn't seem right when I see a lot of others with higher log numbers have already signed leases. Any idea what's going on? Thanks! Brittany
My agent asked during the "submitting document" process when my anticipated move in date would be (which would be asap), but when i was on my tour the PM said you can defer lease signing for 60 days. I'm signing mine right away and using the free month to slowly move in whilst giving my current building my 30 day notice.
Also, do you know if there is a door that connects to the parking garage? I forgot to ask and look. And did she show you the dog walking station and dog park? It's supposedly included in the 27 Eagle amenitities.
Cool so they do offer the 1 month free for the first month? I heard that it goes towards the 2nd month.
I looked at the garage after the tour and seems to be cut off. She didn't show me the dog washing station, but I'm guessing that it's because I told her no when she asked me if I had any pets. Now that I know things are basically done, I might get one.

From my understanding all 1 bedrooms at 80% AMI were taken already by CB. There's a waiting list for the 1 bedroom apartments. They might be waiting to see if HPD rejects anyone.

Yes I’m 125% & log number 6xx - I actually already submitted all my docs a while ago because I was originally CB but since I moved I got pushed to GNY. But yes correct!

I know Eagle is pretty spacious, so I wouldn't expect anything less from West. The pictures made the 2 bedrooms look small, but it was way bigger in person.
