Do we know if they still have 2 bedrooms left in 80% AMI?
Ajo70 said Susan said there's no more apartments at 80% Ami left. I think I got the last 2 bedroom or second to last 2 bedroom @ 80% because someone not too far for my log # with CB said that they were told there were not more 2 bedrooms available and was offered a smaller apartment.
I know Eagle is pretty spacious, so I wouldn't expect anything less from West. The pictures made the 2 bedrooms look small, but it was way bigger in person.

I got called as cb to submit docs by October 20. In November I got an email saying my docs were received. On December 16th I was asked for more docs, and I saw the apartment on December 19th. My TIC was completed and sent out on December 21st. January 4th I got approved and now I'm waiting on my lease signing.
So basically it's pretty soon after the 2nd round of docs are requested, but before they send things out to hpd.

has anyone moved into a 125% or 130% AMI unit yet in 227 West? If so, how has your experience been? Are the amenities crowded and packed? Wondering if since both 1 eagle and 227 west share the same amenities and pools if it will be insanely crowded... especially the outdoor pool deck in the summer.
