You need to upload your documents by the required date or select to come in person. All your marketing manager's information is in the contact tab. They don't call when it comes to asking for documents. You can upload of housing connect. Normally housing connect sends the email saying action is required. The agency/ marketing manager doesn't contact you at all. You can contact them, but they won't initiate contact with you until you've been selected for an apartment.
CB was asked to submit documents in October. Everyone who's being asked to send documents after October 20th is general population. They're still reviewing and approving CB. So, it'll take about 6 -8 weeks (maybe longer) after the document deadline to submit documents to here something back. I'm log # 81xx with CB and I was told I should hear something by the end of the month or the first week of December.
No problem. If the website isn't letting you upload anything but says you need to submit documents, I would say wait for the website to refresh and try again tomorrow. If it still doesn't work, I would contact housing connect to make sure it isn't a website issue.

I submitted docs on 10/7. I'm CB, log #14xxx. I fit into both 125 and 130 AMI, and am hoping for a 1BR at 125. I haven't heard anything back, except for receiving that email everyone seemed to get from Reside on 11/2 confirming documents were received. I haven't called or followed up. Figured I'm just a little further down the queue due to my log number.
