yes finally! or else I was going to follow up with them today - but they said the maximum that they can hold the unit for is 2 months. I would have a half month overlap with my current lease but I'm siding on just taking the loss for that amount of money and signing. might wait a few days to make my decision though - hbu?

Yes! I got the email today as well. I emailed them back asking if March 15th is possible lol technically thats 2months from their initial offer of Jan 15th. I still have to think about it and wait for their response, probably will sign by end of
the month if everything works out!

have you heard back from them yet? I emailed them for a floor plan with dimensions yesterday prior to signing (but maybe i'm just being impatient)

Yes, they are actually quick to answer. The also agreed to the move-in date of 15th. Did you sign already? Did they give you specific dates for moving?

I haven't signed the lease yet but I noticed they require renter's insurance - I've never had this required before, do they give us choices or require a specific kind? do you know the estimated cost?

I'm not sure, I haven't signed either. Is it on the lease? theres so many pages I haven't gotten a chance to actually check it. I currently have renter's insurance at my apartment and I only pay about $15 monthly. But if they required specific amount to be insured then it could go higher. Is your move-in date in March as well?

hm I'm looking at the renter insurance notification section of the lease I don't see a specific amount, it sounds like they're just requesting us to have any insurance from any provider so I'm hoping I can go with one as cheap as possible. my move-in is also set for March 15, no flexibility on it from management

Just saw it, they require specific amount to be insured (page 17 under Insurance). My insurance will go up from $15 to $25 when I insure the amount they require, I’m with Lemonade insurance if you want to check them out!

I read from here that management will have schedule move-in dates for us that we have to follow. But they told me they will only let me know after signing the lease and payment. Did they let you know already?
