Thank you!
Just saw this sorry for the delay. You might have already figured this out but the building has a rather annoying policy that you have to schedule a specific time window for move-in which is when you get your keys. Lease signing was via an online signing service. They have a portal for payments.

You might have already gone through this by now, though, haha.

It's interesting to note that they lowered the rent from the original listing in 2022

I think it’s because of people declined the offer. I declined too because of the price in that location just not worth it it’s too pricey for me

No. I went to visit that area and didn't fall in love. I wouldn't feel safe walking home from subway station. There's not much in that area but you can walk 15 mins to LIC there's bunch of stores. If you like quiet this is will be good for you.

For those interested: I can refer you to get a free tour of Dutch House in Long Island City!

If you are interested in touring the building, I am being offered an incentive to refer people to the building - as long as they take a tour and mention my name.

Message me please for details or just mention my name Kevin Oliver when you tour. And let me know if you do

It would be much appreciated. Bonus - it's a great building and I truly love living here. My recommendation is genuine. I can also answer any questions you might have.
