48xx but I really just applied for giggles and maybe an opportunity to see inside (properly - I already can somewhat at night through windows, lol), the studio rent is beyond my affordability level and I'm certainly not paying $850 more a month (plus amenities fee) for a smaller studio that is like less than 100 feet from my present apartment. I'll wave from my window, lol.
21XXX.... really thought I would have a better log considering I live in Brooklyn. I was totally ready to pay the high rent price as well. Sad day. Good luck to everyone with good logs!

You might have the highest log in this thread (which is pretty low for a high log), but I am pretty sure you will be called, particularly if eligible for a 1 bed and/or studio, there are a lot of those. There's going to be a lot of declines and/or ineligible rulings for this project.

I also thought there would be a lot of declines/ineligible rulings, but I figured 21XXX would be too high of a log to have a chance. Thanks for sharing your perspective. This is the first lottery I've actually seriously applied for, so I lack the experience of many of you.

Where you live has no impact on what log you are randomly assigned. Also, there is no CB preference for this building so living in BK has no benefits. As other's have said though, this is an expensive lottery so you may have a chance.
Under the housing connect info it says that applicants who live in New York City receive preference for apartments. Maybe I read too much into that?
