I feel like their timeline seems too slow? It assumes that every log number qualifies. Don't they usually skip applicants whose incomes don't fall in the income brackets? I just got a request for documents on another lottery with a log #20xx a week after logs were assigned.

The building is not finished yet and still a construction zone, so nobody is moving in this summer. Even after that, whoever is moving in will be dealing with lobby and amenities construction still for some time (which is not unusual for new construction).

There’s people already living in the building. I was more commenting on processing times for the logs not so much on actual move in dates

Do you know of people already living there? I am not seeing any living activity from my window and would be loath to move in while it was still like this (taken from my window about 15 minutes ago, and the part fronting Flatbush Ave Ext is no better).

Some MR tenants have already moved into BT since May. I knew it because the marketing agent told me when I had a building tour a few weeks ago.

I know they are leasing and it may be, but I honestly couldn't see anyone actually living there for big bucks while it's still such an active construction zone! Unless they are giving some major unpublished concessions.

I was curious so I went and toured the MR apartments. People are definitely living in the building. They said the amenities wouldn’t be available until 2024 but couldn’t promise for summer 2024.
