thx for the pics
Few to nil new construction have gas for cooking or really anything else. Indeed actions from city hall and Albany mean you won't see gas in new construction going forward by statue both within city and statewide.

Many developers and LLs are thrilled. They are going with all electric apartments where tenants are responsible for utilities, this sometimes can include heat and hot water.

Trying to decide between this building in Downtown Brooklyn or https://www.200montaguebk.com/ in Brooklyn Heights. IMO as a neighborhood, BK heights is preferred but the building itself and amenities of the Brooklyn Tower are hard to beat.

Sounds like a great problem to have! Can't go wrong with either one. I do like Brooklyn Heights better too, short walk to the waterfront.

Speak for yourself. I use most of the amenities regularly and wouldn't consider a building now without at least a gym, deck, good WFH spaces, and a pool. It all depends on what's most important to you individually.
