Doubt I’ll take it since it’s $800 more a month than my current lottery and I like my current area but will likely your just because I’m curious of how nice the apartment is

It's about $600 more for me but I will likely take it. Also - is the lottery website down for anyone else? I can't access it anymore...

Has anyone toured or started the acceptance process? My log is 3XX and got the request to submit paperwork last week.
