@ Neighborhood Friend. I reached out to my application manager. Her response was she doesn’t know how long it takes before I sign the lease. So I contacted Clinton management then immediately after 3 eleven. Both people I spoke with referred me to the person. Who is assigned to lease signings, I was given his direct number, I was unable to make contact today. Tomorrow is another day. I will keep you posted.

Btw, if anyone wanted to see the different layouts aside from the videos we’ve all seen on YouTube, this site has videos of pretty much all the layouts from studio to 2 bedrooms
I emailed her again and auto reply saying she is out of office 8/31st to 9/11 .
I called HPD for the AMI 40% information of studio and 1 bedroom .
Maybe that person is mistaken. I will need a conformation from the marketing agent but she won't return until 11th .
Can someone else please contact a different agent to see ,if the information is correct or not?

Spoke with someone at FAC, there are still 40% / 60% Ami units left! They are currently still working on the first batch of GP with log number 1 to 109!
