My bill was $48 for 11 days and same as you I keep the temp at 77/78, but only get direct sunlight in the a.m. Im estimating the bill to be about $125, which is normal for Jul-Sep.
The electricity is through Quad Logic and we’re billed directly to the Rent Cafe portal. Anyone have experience with them? I’ve only ever had ConEd.
Update: I received my first full months electric bill today and it was $103. Not bad considering how hot it’s been.

My 2BR is $119 today, only $10 more than it was last month. For reference, I’ve been here since May. Not so bad either. I was expecting my bill to be way higher lol

I kept my A/C off for the entire month and mine came in at $89. I refuse to believe these are accurate.
