Thanks AriNYC for letting us know. That's equivalent to my current apartment (1-bed and <300 sq ft) in Hell's Kitchen through Edison.

My 2BR is $119 today, only $10 more than it was last month. For reference, I’ve been here since May. Not so bad either. I was expecting my bill to be way higher lol

I kept my A/C off for the entire month and mine came in at $89. I refuse to believe these are accurate.
