Great news! Good luck! My kid waited 2 months after his initial doc submission to hear from them (they requested more docs). Get ready to give them EVERYTHING!

Log 2,0XX and submitted first round of docs end of October. Hoping to get a 1bdrm, wondering if you could elaborate on just how small the unit felt?

My kid didn't think it was small at all - he loved it.

I felt that the linear kitchen at the apartment entrance was a bit confining. I think it's 3 feet wide by 10 feet long. But lots of counterspace.

The living area was probably 13 x 13 and the bedroom was probably 11 x 11, so its all relative. Some might think that size is big.

The "29" line has a walk-in-closet in the bedroom which was fabulous.

Good luck!

They wouldn't tell us how many units were still available, but my guess is that they are still early in the process with lots of units left.
