I must have gotten lucky with the process, it only took two rounds of docs for me. After it was submitted for approval they asked for an employment verification letter, once I sent that the next day I got an email saying I was approved.
I’ve signed the lease and will be moving in soon. You’ll be given a free month upon signing.
Also, were you able to pick a move in date on the weekend? Or do you have to move in during the week?

From my recollection, someone on the forum with a log# 1XXX or 13XX was requested docs. It took them the agency 2 weeks to respond to my initial set of docs and I'm log 4XX. So, it may take some time for them to get back to you.
