I’m 31xx and haven’t been contacted yet. I was wondering the same thing about specific locations - and are they all in one tower.
When/if I get a tour, I'll be sure to record the Studio/1Br for you all and post it here. I was 2,3xx and both Housing Connect and TF Cornerstone assured me that I have a really good chance at that log # due to the 130% AMI and the # of eligible units. It's not really a cheap 1br/studio by any means... I imagine many people are passing it up.
Hello, for anyone who has toured recently (or is touring soon), if you have any insight and could share how many apartments are left, that would be very helpful. Thank you!

Last time I spoke to them on the phone, all units were still available. That was about a week or so ago.
Did you get asked to submit documents? What's your Log # & which apts are you hoping to be eligible for?
I'm not sure how they go about reaching out to people, but my log is 1,3xx and I submitted my docs almost one month ago and haven't heard anything since. I wonder if they have a preference for those whose income is 130% AMI...My income is in the stated range (on 595's Housing Connect webpage) to qualify for studio; however my income is 90% AMI.
Can someone share - if you're rejected or passed over, do they notify you or is it that you just never hear from them again? Thanks in advance.
Have you heard anything back yet? I was 2,3xx and I submitted docs recently... can't stop thinking about this hahaha

I’ve emailed them twice since I submitted on 09/25 (almost 6 weeks ago), and they have provided the same generic response each time - that my information is being reviewed by an eligibility specialist and that it might take weeks for them to do this step. They couldn’t provide any more information than that unfortunately.

Please report back when you finally get a response. I called today and they said at least a month minimum to hear back after originally submitting documents.
My log was #8XX and I was initially contacted on 9/18/23. I just received a request for additional document on 10/30/23, so almost a month and a half later. I’ve since withdrawn but just wanted to give a timeline for people to compare!
