No problem!

Sabavoon and I and some other folks are keeping a daily record here of what's been offered. When possible, we have linked to a 3D tour. It's not a floor plan, but actually better. You can check those out.

Also, you can look at the regular Stuy Town/PCV site for rentals. All of them either have floor plans or the 3D tours:

Best wishes to your friends! There's lots to like about Stuy Town, especially if they have children.
Yes. My friends have an 8-year-old boy, and my son is so excited to have a friend in the neighborhood.

I was very surprised because they sent their documents fast, and they both have W-2 jobs so it is very straightforward. But I guess this lottery process requires a lot of fact checking and the office seems to be understaffed.

I don't imagine Blackstone is putting a lot of resources to administer the lottery apartments. So I'm sure the process is taking longer than necessary.

So you already know about all the events in ST/PCV! I'm happy for your son.

I'm out of the loop for kids' stuff, but my daughter grew up here and loved it.

Wow, that one went fast! Great price on a two-bedroom, two-bath in Peter Cooper. I barely had time for a screen grab before it was gone. Thanks for posting, Sabavoon!
