Thanks! I am on the other thread. I read that someone with log number 37xx recently received a one bedroom offer. Only 5000 more to go until they reach mine

That sounds like a great deal.
Unfortunately not, it seems that it’s either view the floor plan or apply when those affordable apartments pop up. That one was gone within 30 seconds.

Hi I’m new to this forum! Nice to see this thread here. Hope everyone will get the apt they wanted!
I realized they repost the 2bedroom apt (Looks like 3 bedroom with the additional sleeping/ working area) from 7/20.

By the way, it's quite rare to see open kitchens advertised on the market-rate site, yet we've seen several here. I wonder what that means.

The building 515 East 14th Street, Apt 09D, is located directly on 14th Street, facing Target on Avenue A, but the unit faces into the complex.

For 605 East 14th Street, Apt. 5G that was posted on Wednesday August 2nd, I was also able to submit my application. I filled out the first form on the website, and then received the email prompting me to fill out the longer form, which I did right away.

That should mean that me, Liz083, and Blus19 are the three applicants. Similar to Blus19, by Friday August 4th I never received an email telling me if I was 1st, 2nd, or 3rd.

I called on Monday August 7th to ask. I spoke to someone named Tom and he told me they were in the middle of processing paperwork for #1 and that I was #3.

Besides the fact that me and Blus19 both can't be #3, a bigger question I have is: if me and Blus19 are both not #1, that would mean Liz083 was #1. But I don't believe Liz083 is #1 because then she wouldn't have been able to apply to 647 East 14th Street Apt 2C that was posted on Monday August 7th.

Tom confirmed that once you start submitting paperwork for an apartment you cannot click apply for any others that are posted (you can however keep clicking apply and filling out the forms for others posted while you are #2 or #3 in line for a separate unit. It's once you start submitting paperwork that cuts you off from applying to any others). Given the fact that he told me on Monday they were in the middle of processing paperwork for #1 and that Liz083 was able to click apply for a separate unit on Monday, Liz083 can't be #1 and me and Blus19 were both told we were #3.

So they seem to be accepting more than 3 applications?

I dont think they are accepting more than three because when I was filling my application they literally send me a message that you are not in the first three applicants. There might be something else. Maybe one of you are #2 and not #3 or they have made a mistake.
