^^^That is a nice apartment, good location in the Oval. 5 Stuy Oval houses the cafe of the same name on the ground floor. This apartment is on the other side of the building from the basketball court, so it has a view of trees and should be pretty quiet.

Thanks for posting these today, Sabavoon! I agree with you that it is a good deal compared to the ones on the regular Stuy Town website.

It looks cool especially with the open kitchen style, but the price is a bit high if it was less than 2500 it will disappear from website in a minute.

The ones posted today stayed up for a long time and I think it's because regular visitors have seen better deals. I would argue if this one was under 3000 it would have gone quickly but 3500 just isn't a great deal.

Actually, I goofed earlier when I said that 442 East 20th Street, Apt 0MH, is on the ground floor. It is actually one floor up.

Stuytown has a whole in-house department just for processing lottery apps

It’s $1500 less than market. For what that is worth.

Some of these $3500 apartments would be great deals on the open market, but they're just not suitable for actual affordability. Tree views from every window and an open kitchen, pretty nice. I'd be strongly tempted to trade my current place for it if I weren't earning a bit too much now.
