how long is the trainin at fbf? n wen do u start doin ojt like how does all that work wit the round robins n everything

1 month training . Then 30 days of day shifts at your garage .. Then your the bottem person... Lol

Round robin only means that you work three consecutive shifts with only 8 hours in between. You don't have to do them, I never have. It only happens when you are forced into it bc of where you fall on the board by your seniority. Like 8am-4pm then midnight-8am then 4pm-midnight. Three days work.

Round robins are not mandatory. They happen according to seniority. A round robin ALWAYS starts with a 4-12 shift. Followed by an 8-4, then followed by a midnight-8 24 hours of work in a forty hour time frame. Signing nights is one way to avoid them.

As of today hr has no info on november. Its not a yes its not a no. they sound beat up about it too. They are hoping to hear something soon. Nobody likes being left in the dark

but dont u have to do round robbins in that first month wen ur at training. i meant like the training then the ojt. i dunno if u consider that a round robbin. not workin a shift then 8 hrs doin a another shift.

I guess no news is good news. Just speculating a bit, but perhaps it's still being negotiated. Nov 14 is basically around the corner, so if there is no official news yet so close to the start date, I'd like to think that maybe this may work out after all. Let's hope.
