No, I have better concerns in my life. I really don't care how the taxes I pay are spent. I care about what I do with my own money, and I care about the future of my career and life. What other people I don't give a damn about. Too busy dealing with my own life and my own situation.
And nothing in your life will change by constantly complaining about foodstamp recipients either.
There are many people under the false assumption that once the government stops giving out ALL HANDOUTS (and I hope they know what "all" government handouts means) that instead of getting $300 a week in salary, it will jump to $500 or so a week. No, it won't.
Your paycheck will remain the same and will probably be taxed even further to fund these useless wars we're having with everyone.
I'm not expecting Social Security to be around when I retire. I wish they'd just stop it now and stop taking thousands of dollars a year from me that I could invest for a higher rate of return.

People here aren't stupid and everyone knows cash benefits are being discontinued by MANY states. I provided a link to GA, but there are plenty more, including NYC.
