LOL all she has done to "guns" have made them harder to obtain, and carry by law abiding citizens. What has she done about criminals with guns? Has she made any new laws regarding unlawfully owned guns? you know, like, get caught with an unregistered firearm do a solid 10 years? Nope....

The NYS legislature will never vote to ban abortion. It's unlikely, but possible at some point that the US Congress could do so on a national basis. That would likely face a Tenth Amendment challenge in the courts (as would, reciprocally, a national preemption against states individually banning abortion.)
