More specifically, she's just towing the same Democrat line. I don't understand this, all the major Democrat talking points are extremist. I mean a Republican won Virginia's governorship because the Dems had the audacity to keep spouting insanity like parents should have no say about education or porn in the library and that white people need to have struggle sessions to confront their guilt & privilege to presumably cede more power to them.
Any democrat who pivots to a reasonable, center position is going to go very far, but for some reason they just can't help themselves.
All they have to do is say things like,
"Poor people who can't afford bail should be let free on cashless bail, but if they are accused again they should not be on the streets because they are a menace"
"yes killing a baby at 39 months is unconscionable but women should have a right to abortion within a reasonable amount of weeks or months"
"we should accept all sexualities without prejudice but showing graphic content and cross dressers in elementary school is inappropriate"
"There are some bad police but most are good people and we need them, Let's try to make them better"
"People need government support but we can't just keep printing trillions of dollars for every possible program. We have to empower people to get back on their feet"

I would like to hear from people on this sub who are actually going to vote for Hochul come November and why they are planning on voting for her to continue to remain NY Governor. I personally will not and I can't come up with one solid reason why anyone would.

My support for Hochul comes mostly from my extreme disdain for her opponent Lee Zeldin.
I am completely pro-choice, allowing abortion until the time the fetus is viable on its own after birth.
I am repulsed by those whose values are dictated by their church dogma.
I am against ant pro-religious zealots and against those whose life has been spent largely in the military learning little more than FOLLOWING ORDERS, the be-all and end-all of military training.
I want a governor who can think for herself.

Her face reminds me of the character Joker from the movie Batman (1989) played by Jack Nicolson. You can tell her the vaccines just killed another one million New Yorkers and she will step out of her limousine with a big optimistic smile on her face.

The sickening thing is Cuomo didn't get in any trouble for sending elderly people with covid back to nursing homes to spread it and kill people. Nor did he get in trouble when his tastelessly wrote a book on how to lead during a pandemic as the pandemic was still going on,using tax payer money in the process.
He got in trouble when it was revealed he was kind of creepy around women.
He didn't get in trouble with women, he got in trouble with businesses. When you decidedly try to shutdown people's businesses and people will look for ways to get you out. He had those relationships for years and those women actually enjoyed working for him until there was pressure by women's rights groups to come out and go against their beloved single boss.
