Yes, his contributions to the History forum were valuable. Sometimes I'll check out his thread "NJGoat's guide to the atomic bombings" just to enjoy reading his reasonable, well-articulated positions.

Maybe I haven’t been in the right forums but I feel like I’d recognize his posts.

I won $500 in one of their contests. Wonder why they stopped?

I’ll have to check that out, never been to the History forums.

I miss BirdieBelle.

She always gave such reasonable and level-headed advice.

This is true. Most recently as jimhamilton. Still struggling with predatory behavior with very young women.

I also miss IronPony’s posts, who was also banned. He was autistic and I think mods and many readers misinterpreted his posts. I would like to hear from KMB, another autistic poster who wasn’t banned but doesn’t come here anymore, because I wonder how she is and if she’s okay (she had a lot of job struggles due to autism and I fear she might be homeless or similar),

I've always wondered - how do people know when a poster has been banned rather than simply dropped out?

Usually word of mouth. Someone asks on a thread or something and a mod tells them.

His last girlfriend was barely 21, he's almost 40. He was having the usual problems because she was uncomfortable with his kinks.
