Hmm I've always hesitated to try that since I HATE the smell of vinegar, but I may just give it a shot. My 1 br apartment tends to smell like dog on hot days
We always use a bowl of Vanilla for paint smells. No idea if it works on Cigarette smoke, but it smells a lot better than vinegar while it is out.
I will be whining about the heat for several weeks now. I apologize and ask ur indulgence. It's freaking expected to hit 113 and its bone dry. Know wonder this town is so arse backwards... The sun is baking brains especially the messed up politicians and those who keep voting em in... Now I am not saying I am totally exempt, but I do know it's too hot to be happy here
Peeve: People who don't care to communicate. I understand if some things just come up unexpectedly, but it is a very pet peeve of mine when people never even bother to tell me until I call/text to know if they are still coming. Only to find out that they can't hang out anymore. My problem is not that you can't hang out. My problem is that you don't care to communicate. People, let me know!

I feel your pain. I know it's summer, and we all have to tough it out, that A/c is a modern luxury and all that. But I'm always happy when it cools down in September and the leaves start to change. That's my favorite time of year.
As for brains baking, when I was a kid, and less affected by heat, I'd sit out in a tree in the summer sun. That's my excuse.
peeve/something I don't understand: When people keep their city data friend list private. I can understand why a moderator would keep their friend list private. But for a regular user...why keep your friend list private? What's the big secret?

I wouldn't say that they're better, but they are more realistic when it comes to life. Every generation is different...I'm sure this generation thinks they're better than the older generation too.
