Domestic rat (raised for human consumption). Actually very tasty, just not much meat on them.
Cuy (pronounced coo-ee) or better known as Peruvian guinea pig. A very delicious and delicate meat. Tastes like a cross between beef tenderloin and venison ribs. It is widely raised for meat in Peru.
