It is rather disturbing. I've just read a few more pages over there. I knew there were a few crazies around, but it's worse than I thought. I think someone needs professional help. Looking for sympathy on internet forums will only make it worse. it's kind of sad.
Yeowza. I don't know which other forum you're referring to and I don't think I want to know. I google my user name here and I get a ton of bars in the South. I use a different name for every forum I post on and change a few facts to protect the innocent. I'm fully aware that everything you post is there forever. (Why people post about their sex lives is beyond me.)

I totally agree - I will say I have made a few nice friendships here on CD. I pretty much limit the threads I post on to where there are posters I enjoy exchanging with. There are crazies out there though so I'm typically pretty vague about the specifics of real people in my life - no names and no pics either...

You know, Zimbo, you'd think you wouldn't be (surprised) but honestly? The things she wrote were really, really nasty. And there are pages and pages of it. I think because you have to keep a lid on that kind of thing here that I didn't realize the extent of the madness. I was a little shocked, I have to admit.

Exactly...it's not the fact that she was complaining, it was the extremely foul and hateful language and the sheer quantity of it. I think it truly crosses over into mental illness territory so probably the less said the better at this point.
