a lot of the people who were uncomfortable living with minorities in Philadelphia moved to NJ.

No more so than the people uncomfortable with minorities who moved to the PA suburbs. And even so, most of the South Jersey hate groups are in the Shore region--far more people permanently migrated from the Shore to Philly than vice versa. The really big concentration of hate groups is in the North.

Nah, it's a sign of reading more closely after skimming. You seem obsessed with the idea that NJ is a paragon of tolerance when clearly it isn't true.

And other than those wacky "Black Israelites" that sometimes hang out on Market East, I've never seen it in PA either. That doesn't mean they don't exist. Check out the map and see for yourself.
