KAren, what type of books do you read?
It's at 12th and Broadway. Near Union Sq.

I was a history major in college so most anything non-fiction, biographical. Any era works for me. Antiquity to current events. I also like anything having to do with history of science and political science. I actually started out as a music major....that was a "life time" ago. How I got into IT was entirely circumstantial.

I checked the website. It looks an awesome place. It looks like one of those places you can "treasure hunt" for books.

I read alot too. I practically read everything from history to fiction. I particularly like history books of places I have been or I can and have seen with my own eyes. That's the reason why i am so intrigued by Boyd's. (RIP).
My major was music too back then but force myself to do engineering because there is job security in the field. I am hating my (fulltime) job every.single.day.

Continuing Evolution at 15th & Walnut | Naked Philly

So are the rumors true that AT&T is looking to move into this new space???

IMO this would be a great opportunity for Club Monaco to expand and bring their menswear line to Philly, but one can only dream.

That's the rumor still.
Although now I read the article, there will be two retail space. Well I guess AT & T can take the space facing 15th. Leave Walnut to some clothing retails.
Club Monaco men is good. I still do not understand why they eliminate it in the original Club Monaco store on Walnut.
Plus anything but: bank, another phone store and another athletics store. My wish will be AllSaints, Desigual or Yohji Yamamoto.

Too much vacancy and low end "high end" retail. Don't expect any Louis V in the future but ALDI, MK?

This street needs a Nike store.

We have already had so many sneaker and shoes stores on the strip! Although I guess I would rather see a NIKE store than another Santander or T-Mobile.
And you are right. Too many vacancy and middle-class stores that are perceived as high-end a la Michael Kors, Banana Republic and the like.
