Taxes on any product shouldn't be this high, the government is more criminal then the mafia.

This is getting ridiculous, leave us smokers ALONE!
I'm with you on this, start taxing alcohol the same amount and then see what happenes.

Feel for your Australian smokers. $18 - $20 a packet.

Although with the latest tax hike, the Quit line experienced a surge in people seeking help to stop smoking.

It really makes it easy to be a tax protester and refuse to pay the tax, doesn't it?

Well if revenue drops then they'll have to find something else to tax.
I wager beer will be next.

It should be posted on Google Maps.

Well that is one way to address our drug problem. Legalize them then slap a ridiculous tax on them and people will rush to rehab.

Back to prohibition - big time!

Only this time, without amending the Constitution, making those tax laws unconstitutional.

I hate those stupid little shoe-box shaped Scion cars, so they should ban those, too.

Oh, and perfume - I can't stand perfume! Except the vanilla scented stuff. They should ban all perfumes (except that vanilla stuff ).

While they're at it, they should ban sushi, too, because I just HATE the smell of fish!

Don't even get me started on that crap that the buses spew - maybe public transportation should be banned as well!
