As everyone knows, I HATE smoking, and I absolutely HATE to be around it. However, as others have mentioned, they will be going for my beer next so I do not support the smoking tax.

I did see people selling black market cigs on Fordham Rd. in the Bronx right by the Metro North station but don't know enough about the Bronx to say if this is a regular thing. I assume it is, especially given that the NYPD have far more to worry about over there than contraband cigs.

Would all you none New Yorkers / New Jerseyites please stop blasting NYC for doing this. Leave us alone , you don't live here , us non Smokers see this as another victory.......sheesh.......Upstate NY and my state are ok for smokers......
