Yes
Later humans will be the real gods, we'll be able to create anything, maybe a Dragon or a Bigfoot ? Why not ?

Do some reading into DNA manipulation. I read a while ago that the technology already exists (to a limiting extent, mostly theoretical, not tested) to possibly manipulate certain features with someones embryo or at least during the process of its creation (discern hair color, some aptitudes, etc...).

If you are looking for if they can completely and a 100% synthetically create a human? That I personally do not think so or think they are even close to, but... I am also not a specialists in the field that would require it.

I am aware of DNA manipulation, cloning, etc.. Again I am just looking to see if you believe science can or ever will be able to create a human.

No, they can't now, yes, they probably will in the future, no they should not. Cloning organs, yes...humans, no.

For this poll I am not concerned about the hows or the morals, I just want to know if you believe we can or can't right now, or if you think we will ever be able.
Well, there's already assisted reproduction, science can create life in a petrie dish and then implant it in a female uterus. With stem cells it's possible to create organs. I know that creating an entire cloned human is doing to be possible (they've already cloned animals) it will happen one day. They can grow brain cells on a computer chip you know.

The answer from me is a yes although science itself can't create, humans may be able to (using science). But a lot is still not understood, so if the idea is right now?

No. Creating life from scratch is basically (at least in my opinion) abiogenesis and I currently consider it junk-science (Miller-Urey notwithstanding)
