This is exactly why job discrimination exists. Why do you assume that the minority isn't as qualified as the white person? Unless the currently minority-run fortune 500 (the key word being fortune 500) are all crashing and burning, where's your proof? If said black has one Chinese citizen parent then yes, they would be considered "Chinese".

Newsflash: It's not a conspiracy. It was written law up until the late 60's. The CIA's involvement in distributing crack to black neighborhoods has already been proven. The CIA would regularly assassinate black community leaders and arrest them on BS cases with no chance of getting out. Look up the J Edgar Hoover administration if this is news to you. I hope your not one of the people who actually believes that the last 30 years of our history don't carry into the present... if that were the case then why does the word "communism" still get knee jerk reactions from people who weren't even around for the Cold War?
