In some cases they don't see the double standards. If you don't see another person as your equal it's hard to look upon them objectively.

In other cases they do but they don't give a damn as long as it justifies their thinking.

No it is not okay to assume such, because the white, black, and asian races were all savages and evolved over time to become more civilized. European Saxons, Vikings, and Celts were savages just as the peoples of Africa and Asia.

They who and when? And notions of equality can vary greatly depending on the context of a topic. Human value is always equal imo. Monetary, status, and contribution value will obviously vary. But, arguments can be swung in a host of directions when considering these topics.

sub Saharan Africans were living in tribal societies when the Atlantic slave trade began. Europe was at the peek of civilization at the time (and Asia was pretty darn close too).

Read your history books...It's hard to disassociate a race of people from continuing conduct and/or behavior...If you, as an individual, are not racist, you're not a racist. And, be thankful and grateful for that...

That's the worst argument I've heard in a while. I haven't been arguing that you people can't ever know what its like to be black, and there's a reason for that.

You people??!! Too bad we don't have an NAAWP so I could scream loudly to them and get some sort of financial benefit from it.
