Was the CIA distributing crack to poor black neighborhoods to make a profit to fund their latin american campaigns at poor blacks' expense a myth, or did our did our government plot against its own people? The only people surprised by this are people who've never been wronged by the government or its public servants. You're obviously one of them.
In my time on CD, I've seen an incredible number of black people calling white people racist. I've also seen issues amongst Hispanic posters and whites. Do people not realize that racism goes both ways?
I personally am quite tired of being told I'm racist when trying to address the facts about minority communities, or just for the fact that I'm a conservative who tends to vote Republican.
Facts are facts and cannot be disputed. I don't treat people any differently based on their skin color. The only time I treat people differently is when they do behaviors that are unacceptable. Until people get it through their heads that it's less about race and more about lifestyle, race relations cannot change. That goes for any race or ethnic group, but it seems like white people are accused of hindering this transition more than any other group.
I want to know why people only talk about how whites are racist when other groups do it as well, perhaps more so, and for some reason, among minorities, it's acceptable to discuss white people in a negative stereotypical manner.
There are racist people of every race but YOUR people who are the descendants of Japheth invented skin color racism.
Even the ancient Romans didn't have skin color racism.
Hmm... aside from the fact that I already specified that I mean racism that impacts white people as a whole (since when were Germans a race?), I seem to remember Germans being our enemy in WWII. When were all black people our enemy again?
Hello Mr. Flava. I've been following your posts and I noticed something. You write very well; very clear and concise with excellent spelling and punctuation. So I wonder, how can someone of your obvious high intelligence actually believe that you are being held down by "the man?"
And lets talk about real racism for a moment; visceral racism that you can actually feel. A guy like you could walk down a street in any white neighborhood at night and the worst thing that would happen to you is maybe a cop would stop and ask you what you are doing, but more than likely nothing would happen at all.
For me on the other hand, walking through a black neighborhood alone at night would practically be suicide. If I was lucky I might just get my azz kicked, but the chances of making it through unscathed are pretty low.
How do you reconcile these two realities? Who has more at stake? Who is more racist?

I just finished the first vid and have a ways to go, but what people with Contra funds? Is this just about money? If so, race is irrelevant and it points to targeting the impoverished. If it's about a specific race, then I'm confused as to why.
Well, black women have gotten the ultimate shaft of any humans on the planet as far as I'm concerned. Most importantly, they have been shafted by their men. But as women will do, they're making great strides and it's quite impressive. For poor black women nothing is more important than BC, imo.

Couple of problems with your post. First, it IS more dangerous for a white person alone in a rough black area at night than for a black person. The reason is simple and obvious, as there is the added element of racism from some thugs that would happen to be black (notice, i didn't say all blacks, or that all blacks are thugs). I've been beaten up for being white in a mixed area. Also, as for your question as to why a white person would want to walk alone in said neighborhood, your question alone implies guilt. That, my friend, is blaming the victim. In America, citizens have a legal AND moral right to walk wherever want to in a public neighborhood. To answer it further, how about for any reason that a black person would want to be there? Here in NYC, the answer could be for a million reasons.
Lastly, yes, you could be in danger in a racist white town, just as I am in Bed-Stuy, or the South Bronx, or Harlem, or Newark, or...take your pick.

No one invented skin color racism other than humans. There have always been racists based on skin color. Racism itself defines the term "skin color racism". I dont think your color professors have told you the whole history of the world.
