This guy is the victim here..he's NOT a terrorist. The TSA did not find any bombs on him.
What did he do wrong besides the obvious of buying an airline ticket ?
He shouldn't have had to do ANYTHING to take his flight.
He shoulda this and he shoulda that. NO..the fault is with the TSA for not have the proper education on handling folks with medical conditions.
If there is somewhere to do it. This still won't prevent it from coming loose if it is handled wrong. He did ask for a private room and had to wait until they found an office. It doesn't say how long it took.
Bottom line, they did not care. Not even bothering to say they are sorry. Given the amount of incidents connected with medical conditions, they have a large court case building against them which should include each and every screener who has acted so badly as defendents.
Were you present? From your post it sounds like you were an eyewitness.
This is nothing new. People who could not pass through airport screening devices have always had to travel with a letter from a doctor. Why the outrage now?
I have outrage for some poor cancer survivor who was humiliated by an obviously untrained screener.
I have always had outrage for what I consider injustices.
I have outrage for idiots who insist on Blaming the victim in this particular case & that otherwise see no problems with the ever increasing stomping on our rights all in the name of 'fear'.
He tried to tell them. The TSA's said they didn't need to know.
And who knows how long he was standing in the security line ... his bag could've been bone dry before he got in line for security.
Again, were you present to hear the TSA screeners say they didn't care? How do know that this man is not just trying to game the system and make money from a lawsuit?

Good luck traversing through life with that outlook.

Oh OK...so now this man who had to stand around with urine all over him in public may have done this so he could make money in a lawsuit?
Talk about conspiracy theorists....this takes the cake.
