Post #973 for one but SOME posters just buzz in all the time , say something crazy, make ridiculous assumptions with no basis in facts, and then NEVER have the courage to answer questions about what they posted...
christians whine about a billboard, can't answer questions...are they all so weak?? Guess that's my bottom line question....

The list continues for anyone willing to read it in the link. There are many confused about what gratitude is owed to whom, and every parishioner in the pews putting their 2 cents in the basket passed around on Sunday will not be reflected in the history men record.
Totally meaningless...In those days almost everybody was totally programmed with religious beliefs of one sort or another...Today not so much. Today 24.4% of Americans announce that the traditional supernatural God of Christianity, Judaism and Islam doesn’t exist. The world is rapidly coming to it's senses.
Since one of the stated goals of the billboard was to address the myth that Christianity owns the solstice season, it would make perfect sense to put up the billboard during the solstice season.
Christians don't typically celebrate solstice, so that "excuse" (given by the atheists org that put it up) makes no sense.
But it still happens today. Army of God is one and there are more.
And normal people, no matter their religion, don't support crazy groups such as that. What church is the AOG tied to?

But that is beside the point even. What if the billboard was sponsered by a Christian church, attempting to refute Islam? Would you also call those billboard posters arrogant creeps? I'm just curious.
Attempting to refute "what" about Islam? That Islam doesn't own Mecca? What would the message on the billboard say?
I don't live in the south and where I live in NJ, I have NEVER seen a religious billboard of any type. In the town I live in, we have had 2 mosques go up in the past 5 years (one right next door to a Chinese Christian church). Haven't seen one billboard or heard of/seen anyone complaining/protesting about them...
