I agree with you, in an ideal world this is how it would be, our world today is not ideal and you will have parents who won't parent like they are supposed to, so what do we do? Do we force these girls to have babies they are not able to care for and let the tax payers foot the bill for the next 18 yrs of the childs life?

I personally do not think abortion is right but I would never presume to tell a woman what she can and cannot do with her body, IMO abortion is between a woman and her God, not a woman and the government.

I wouldn't expect you to pay to raise my child, I would not HAVE a child, I would abort. I never wanted children under any circumstances......and a birth control failure wouldn't change that. BC failure = abortion.

BTW, I have always had more than enough money to raise a child or two or three. Newsflash......some people just do not want children and do not want to subject themselves to a pregnancy just so there is an ample supply of newborns for adoption.

Then they should have their uterus removed and save the tax payer the headache.

Do fetuses breathe?

I agree, when it is breathing, it is a baby.

A heart, two legs, two arms that are not able to sustain life are just parts......not a baby.

Yes it is breathing if it is close to term. You think living things don't start to breathe until they are born? They are breathing embryonic fluid, but are still breathing and getting oxygen that way.

If I chose to have an abortion, the tax payer would not have to pay for it.....so what is your problem?

FYI.....doctors will not remove a woman's uterus just because she asks them to.

In fact, doctors will not even sterilize a woman unless she is over 30.

Knowledge is awesome.

If it's kids getting pregnant make the parents responsible to pay for the unwanted pregnancy. I wouldn't be surprised to more parents keeping an eye on their teenagers if this was put into law.
