I love your quick retorts to my scientific evidence on the validity of race, and the potential issues of racial-mixing, by simply disregarding it and saying "once we all mix, all of this won't matter anyway". I can certainly tell that you believe more in the egalitarian ideal than in science.
You seem to be fine with the idea that all of humanity will probably be much worse off once we are all mixed, but thats fine as long as we are all equally bad? I don't understand you people, one second you are praising diversity, the next second you can't wait till diversity is gone and all of humanity is brown.
who the hell is you people? i dont praise or denounce diversity..i couldnt care less about it either way..i am (figuratively) colorblind..i only look at personalities..i refuse to identify on those stupid surveys what my race is..because there is no race in my opinion..i am of the human race.....i only look at people's personalities..i dont like NAACP or KKK(both racial organizations)...and yes im against Affirmative Action ..but i do like America, and am proud of my Country..i wish people of all races and creeds would stop looking at race and start thinking together As Americans..i dont identify with any race....

Why are you even proud to be an American? What did you actually do to make America better? Do you actually believe that America is a great place to live? I will bet you anything, there are thousands of things you would love to change about America. I bet there are other countries that you believe America should strive to be more like(Brazil for instance?).
Secondly, it makes about as much sense to be proud of being American as it does being proud of being white/black/asian/native-american/etc. I always think its funny when people root for their favorite football team, saying how they are "proud" of their team. Of course, none of them are actually on the team, none of them are the coach, and none of them actually have any connection with the team at all. But they are proud?
Under your concept of pride, one can only be proud for the things they actually do themselves.

Look, I would tend to agree with you on these issues. I would love to have a world where people could be judged on their personalities alone, but there are times in your life where you will have to make judgements on people whom you simply do not know anything about, and it will be impossible to learn about their "personality" before having to much such a judgement.
If you are walking down a street, you see two girls walking towards you, should you cross the road? What about two old men? What about two young men?
Lets pretend that there were two young white guys on one side of the street, and two young black guys on the other side of the street. Which side would you choose to walk down?
If you are a white guy, do you think its a wise decision to move into an all-black neighborhood? Which do you think is safer, a black guy moving into an all-white neighborhood, or a white guy moving into an all-black neighborhood?
If you were a white guy, and your sister came up to you and she wanted to marry a black guy and have children with him. And if you knew that mixed-race children were far more likely to have things like ADD/ADHD, autism, depression, schizophrenia, and countless other mental conditions. If you also knew that her kids would most likely have below-average IQ's, and the child would have incompatible bone marrow to both parents.
Should those things matter? Should you warn her of those things? Should it have any effect on her decision to interracially marry?
I mean, would you allow women over 40 years old to have children? When they are far far far more likely to have children with birth defects? In fact, women over 40 are far more likely to have children with defects than are the offspring of first-cousins. Should women be free to selfishly have children when they know the risks? Are their decisions really only affecting themselves?
These issues are real life. Sure it would be nice if they didn't exist, but they do. Did you know about 1 in 4 people have a mental illness. More than 20% of the population has some kind of disability, and about half of those people cannot work because of it. Do you want to carry the burden of indiscriminate breeding? Do you want to work harder and later in life to further your egalitarian dream?

So does this 46% of White Republicans in Mississippi think all interracial marriages should be illegal or just ones between Blacks and Whites ? I ask because why would they care if a Black person marries a Mexican for example.
Also I wonder if they would consider it interracial if a swarthy Caucasian from Cyprus for example marries a blonde haired and blue eyed Norwegian.
Regarding those supermodels mentioned before, I guess there would be more colored and mixed ones if jurors and marketing companies were not dominated by or targeting mainly Caucasians.

i couldnt care less if i walk on the side of the street with 2 black or white guys..i really dont care....my sister can Marry anyone..i dont care if they were Cambodian, Siberian, or whatever..if she wanted To Marry a giraff, i would be concerned..but if the man was a nice guy with a great personality i couldnt give a u Know what what color he is.

its not a dream...people Can Marry any other human of the opposite sex. I told me sister that having children was a selfish act, and she proclaimed to me that having children is a very unselfish act, because she said that the most selfish people she knew had no children, and the least selfish people she knew had tons of children.
I feel like having children is selfish because you never know if your children will appreciate being brought into the world or not. They can't exactly give their opinion before-hand. They might end up 20 or 30 years old, resenting the fact that you ever got with their father/mother, and that you didn't just abort them before they knew any better. And that procreating was basically an example of feeling like your life is meaningless unless you carry on your gene pool. That you can only have an effect on life if you leave something behind when you are gone. And that religion itself is a battle of breeding, not so much ideology.
But maybe I shouldn't be allowed to have an opinion, because I have an amazing amount of contempt for the world. To me the world is dog****, and it is basically impossible to make it any better, for a variety of reasons. I think this country sucks, this world sucks, the current ideology sucks, past ideology sucks... even my own ideology has some major shortcomings. Life can never be perfect, it is an impossibility, and there is never going to be a way to resolve our differences. I don't know what the point of life is, maybe there is no point. It certainly feels that way most of the time. I just wish life was simple, why can't life be simple? Why was I born in the year 1980? Why couldn't I have been born in like 4,000 BC instead? Then life might have been simple, I don't care if I had died in my 20's, whats wrong with that? Why does it really matter? Why cant the world just implode tomorrow? Who cares? Why does it matter?
The only thing that really angers me, is the fact that people already exist, my nieces and nephews exist, and they deserve something better. I didn't bring anyone into this world, but I am still responsible to make it better for the people who are already here. So can I just ignore that responsibility? Does that make me a bad person?
