Yes, the illness of those who feel forced to hide and engage in risky behavior due to those who perpetuate lies, ignorance, and hate towards homosexuals. Typically the disturbed individual takes the hate directed at him/her for being gay and directs it out towards other gays to try to convince themselves and others that they are not gay.
