The first time I had a "migraine Equivalent" which is the freaky mess our sight becomes and after that is over, we may or may not develop a migraine, and I had seen a lightenting bolt that was transparent, with pulsating rainbow colors....I thought I was having a very late flashback! LOL but then I heard from friends and relatives that had had them, and it was such a relief, thinking that ten years after the fact I could possibly have one. Nope, whew~

Somehow, I'm not surprised.....

Amazing. The same people who think smoking should be outlawed think it's ok to do whatever drug you want, and think they should be legalized.

I have not even had an adult beverage in 22 approx years! Married a recovered alcoholic and haven't missed it one bit. Oh, should I fly again, be without him by my side I may drink a glass of red wine for the blood thinning benefits and to relax a bit.
My point is that I don't desire altering my consciousness at all, except with meditation. I don't even want to take tylenol. Guess it's the pendelum that swings, from one extreme to the other.

Spiritually, I believe that every "new high" is actually a "new low" and I'm not interested.

Show me a drug user/abuser and I'll show you someone who is too stupid to understand consequences.

There is a difference between user and abuser.

If you were a Dad, and your ( let's say ) eight year old daughter walked into the room while you were stuffing your bong with stems and seeds, and she asked "Daddy, what are you doing"?

Would you do what drug users do, and lie to her about what you are doing?

Or, would you tell her that you are breaking the law, and that it's OK, as long as you have a high IQ?

I'm not a dad. I don't have any kids. I don't smoke marijuana.

What the **** are you talking about?

Sorry, I targeted the wrong person.

It was aimed at the dope advocates in this thread.
